.a sitting room with: a convertible sofa (160x200 with top-of-the-range mattress for everyday use) with "rapido" system so the bed can stay made up, 1 TV and electric fireplace for a warm ambiance.
. a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (induction hob, cooker hood, Nespresso, dishwasher, combination oven, large refrigerator...)
. a bathroom with Italian-style shower, heated towel rail, washer-dryer.
