Cheese with a story is even better! These breeders have swapped the comforts of the office for a life in the great outdoors with their hardy Savoy ewes. These species, threatened at the end of the 19th century, have been saved by the passion of the breeders. The result? Meat, fresh cheeses and tommes to die for!

The Haute Tarentaise Dairy Cooperative

Take your orders, because this Beaufort with its hints of hazelnut and the scent of alpine flowers will be a hit with your friends and family! At the Coopérative Laitière de Haute Tarentaise, 52 farmers work hard to make their milk a real treat for the taste buds.
