Located on the slopes at the foot of the Marmottes and Bois de l'Ours chairlifts in Arc 1950, Hameau des Oursons offers 26 apartments, built with the finest materials and featuring spacious living areas. Its privileged location in Arc 1950, a pedestrian and ski-in/ski-out resort, and in the Arc 2000 sector, means you can easily take advantage of all amenities and entertainment. When you arrive, you'll be able to park your vehicle (and charge it at the terminals if it's an electric car) in the private garage located beneath the residence, giving you direct access to your apartment. This winter, come and discover our first ski-in/ski-out residence and enjoy our fully-equipped apartments with all the comforts you need for a unique experience during your stay in the mountains. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals, a spacious living room to enjoy the view of our magnificent mountains, comfortable bedrooms to relax in and a private balcony to enjoy the outdoors... enough to create unforgettable memories. In our ski room, you'll find a private, secure ski locker for each apartment, complete with boot dryer and gloves. You'll be able to make the most of your day on the slopes thanks to our exceptional location, where you can put on your skis as soon as the chairlifts open, and be the first on the freshly groomed slopes.
