"SIGNATURE LES ARCS": PROMOTING QUALITY PROPERTIES!

SIGNATURE LES ARCS promotes stylish, inventive, and functional interiors in order to preserve, encourage, and celebrate the unique architectural style of Les Arcs.

The originality of the Les Arcs resorts lies in the architectural philosophy behind their design: rooflines that mirror the mountain ridges, car-free areas, open shopping arcades, building orientation that ensures panoramic views for every unit, and functionally designed apartments suited for both skiers and golfers.

The architectural style of Les Arcs residences is resolutely modern. It does not reflect traditional alpine imagery, but rather that of a large leisure destination. This is why the "SIGNATURE LES ARCS" label is awarded to promote the distinctive architectural identity of Les Arcs.

Apartments are pre-selected by the Maison des Propriétaires.

THE JURY:

A panel of experts visits and evaluates these interiors.
The jury is composed of: a journalist, an architect, an artist/designer, a photographer or videographer, and an institutional representative.

THE EVALUATION:

An evaluation guide based on the quality of architectural research is provided to support the assessment.

The evaluation is based on 4 themes:

+   The conceptual heritage of Les Arcs

+   Contemporary style

+   Functionality and durability of equipment and materials

+   The feeling of well-being and the benefits of design

The decision to award the SIGNATURE LES ARCS distinction is made after jury deliberation.
An award ceremony for the SIGNATURE LES ARCS is then held in the presence of the property owners.
